Final Fantasy 5 & 6 will no more be available on Steam erst their pel remasters get in.
According to both game's Steamer pages (as spotted by TheGamer): "This game will no more longer be obtainable for buy up after July 27, 2021. Instead, delight purchase the pixelated remaster version of "Inalterable FANTASY V/Cardinal," coming soon." The games are also now listed as 'FINAL FANTASY V/VI (Old ver.)'
Square Enix antecedently announced that they are remastering all sextet of the original Closing Fantasy titles for PC and motorized. The developers did liberate a Japanese trailer for the pixel remakes recently that gave the States our first look at the upcoming new titles, notwithstandin, this trailer has now been delisted for an unknown reason.
Twitter substance abuser @Wario64 did manage to catch several screenshots from the video before it disappeared though and as we can see, Final Fancy 1 - 6 look equally if they've been updated to share the like pixelated fine art title which successful people give way love with those early entries.

These screenshots also seem to have bestowed America a release date for the PC/moving remasters for quondam succeeding calendar month. Even so, as pointed out by Wario64, these titles will be releasing one by one so assume't expect to be able-bodied to play them all right away.
Unfortunately, Square Enix wasn't too grasp when information technology came to announcing these remasters as they began updating confident Closing Fantasy raisable games - Final Fantasy 3 and 4 to equal verbatim - on mobile a few days ahead their E3 promulgation. This resulted in some games existence renamed to 'Final Fantasy III (3D Remake)' and 'Final Fantasy IV (3D Remake)' which caused fans to speculate that something new could be on the horizon.
Then, If you still want to play the current versions of Final Fantasy 5 and 6 on Personal computer - you better download them from Steam before July 27, 2021. Spell Satisfying Enix hasn't officially announced a waiver date for Final Fantasy 5 and 6 picture element remasters, we'd imagine that they would be out soon after the modern Personal computer version has been delisted.
